Terms & Conditions
This is a "layman's term" easy reference version of our terms and conditions to help you understand exactly how Super Holiday Rentals works. The full legal version of our terms and conditions is available on request. Whenever you book a holiday through Super Holiday Rentals, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Money Back Quality Guarantee.
If you arrive at your holiday rental property and decide that the property is not as advertised, then providing you do not occupy the property, Super Holiday Rentals will refund your rental in full. To take advantage of this guarantee, you must report your dissatisfaction to both the property owner and to Super Holiday Rentals on the day of your arrival and you must not stay the night in the property.
Best Price Guarantee.
If you find the same property for the same holiday period advertised at a cheaper price elsewhere, then Super Holiday Rentals will refund the difference in price upon application. Your claim must be made within 3 days of recieveing your booking confirmation. Like airline seats, holiday rental prices go up and down according to supply and demand. Any price variation which happens more than 3 days after you recieve your booking confirmation is not covered by this guarantee.
Appointment as agent.
When you become a member of Super Holiday Rentals, you are appointing Super Holiday Rentals as your agent to introduce you to a holiday property owner who has deposited a holiday period into their system which you would like to rent.
Accuracy of information.
The information displayed on this web site is supplied by the property owner. Super Holiday Rentals do not inspect the properties and cannot vouch for the accuracy of the information supplied. The information we supply is provided by the owners or obtained from public web sites. Whilst we try our very best, we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of the information we supply.
Formation of contract.
When we issue the Final Confirmation, the holiday contract is between the owner who has deposited the holiday period and the member who is renting that holiday period. The inbound guest is subject to the normal terms and conditions of the holiday property owner and their property or resort manager. Super Holiday Rentals acts only as the introduction agent and does not supply the holiday itself.
Our obligation to you.
We supply the name, address, phone number and email address (if available) of the person who owns the property you have chosen. You are welcome to contact them long before your holiday to ensure you are happy with that holiday property. We supply your name, address, phone number and email address (if available) to your property owner. We do not give your details to anyone else. (See privacy policy)
Payment.
You pay a deposit of 30% of the rental to Super Holiday Rentals on booking. Your final payment is due to Super Holiday Rentals six weeks prior to your holiday.
Cancellation.
If you cancel your holiday booked through Super Holiday Rentals, you will lose the money you have paid. We therefore recommend that you take our Cancellation Protection Scheme. This costs just 5% of the rental, and means that you can cancel your holiday FOR ALMOST ANY REASON right up to the day of departure and recieve A FULL REFUND of your rental. You must supply documentary evidence of the reason for your cancellation. Disinclination to travel is not a valid reason for cancellation.
Complaints.
Please remember that every property and every resort is different. Standards vary enormously according to local conditions. If you have a problem with the holiday property, please contact the local property manager immediately and ask for the problem to be rectified. If you are still dissatisfied and decide not to occupy the property, then you can claim a full refund under the terms of the money back guarantee detailed above. Neither the property owner nor Super Holiday Rentals is under any obligation to supply alternative accommodation should you decide not to occupy the booked accomodation. We are always pleased to receive feedback on your holiday, good and bad. We understand that things do go wrong sometimes, so we will always try to help in whatever way we can.
Substitute Accomodation.
Very occasionally, under extreme circumstances, it may be necessary for the property owner or Super Holiday Rentals to offer you alternative holiday accommodation to the property you have booked. If the substitute accommodation is not acceptable to you, then you are entitled to a full refund of the rental you have paid. Neither the property owner or Super Holiday Rentals will be under any further obligation to you if you decline the alternative accommodation offered.
Termination.
Your membership of Super Holiday Rentals is continuous. You need to notify us if you no longer wish to be a member. We reserve the right to remove anyone from membership at any time.
