This is a "layman's term" easy reference version of our terms and conditions to help you understand exactly how Super Holiday Rentals works. The full legal version of our terms and conditions is available on request. Whenever you book a holiday advertised on the Super Holiday Rentals web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Super Holiday Rentals is an advertising site.

Any owner of quality holiday rental property anywhere in the world can advertise their holiday rental property completely free of charge on superholidayrentals.com. There is no charge to advertise with Super Holiday Rentals, all that we ask is that they deposit any two weeks into our holiday exchange system, Dial An Exchange (dae).  The web site superholidayrentals.com is owned by Dial An Exchange L td with its registered office at 21 High Street, Gargrave, Skipton, North Yorkshire, England. BD23 3RA and as such any dispute wherever located will be dealt with under english law.

Accuracy of Information. The information displayed on this web site is supplied by the property owner. Super Holiday Rentals do not inspect the properties and cannot vouch for the accuracy of the information supplied. The information we supply is provided by the owners or obtained from public web sites. Whilst we try our very best, we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of the information we supply.

Formation of Contract. You book your holiday direct with the holiday rental property owner. The inbound guest is subject to the normal terms and conditions of the holiday property owner and their property or resort manager. Super Holiday Rentals acts only as the introduction agent and does not supply the holiday itself.

Communication. We forward the information immediately and directly to the holiday rental property owner as provided by you, the enquiring customer, through this Super Holiday Rentals web site (see privacy policy). All communication between you and the property owner thereafter is entirely outside the knowledge and control of Super Holiday Rentals.

Payment. You pay for your holiday direct to the holiday rental property owner using his requested methods and timings of payments.

Cancellation. If you cancel your holiday, you must notify the holiday property owner direct immediately. Your cancellation will be subject to the owner's individual cancellation terms and conditions. You should enquire what these are before booking and take out cancellation insurance if you think it might be necessary.

Complaints. Please remember that every property and every resort is different. standards vary enormously according to local conditions. If you have a problem with the holiday property, please contact the local property manager immediately and ask for the problem to be rectified. Thereafter you should complain direct to the property owner as your holiday contract is with them. Please take note of customer reviews on this web site and please write a review of the holiday rental property you have just visited to assist future customers when choosing their holiday rental property.
