You provide this data on joining Dial An Exchange (the holiday property owners club) or on making a purchase from us.

We may also very occasionally telephone you to request information.

5. When you make a reservation with Dial An Exchange, we notify your destination resort or holiday property owner of your name, address and phone number. We do not disclose your holiday property ownership details.

6. After your holiday, if you return the optional comment and feedback form to us, then we may pass on your comments to the relevant resort management or holiday property owner, in the interest of maintaining a high standard of holiday.

7. When you use the links section of the dialanexchange.com web site, you leave the area controlled by Dial An Exchange Ltd. Whilst we make every effort to provide you with links to high quality reputable web sites, these are not under our day to day control.
