Property Location: In the centre of the town, 150 metres from the main ski lift.
Purpose built ski appt with balcony overlooking the mountains and ski slopes.
Distance from town: Zell has everything you need and all is within easy walking distance.
300 metres from the lake and next door to the sports centre/swimming pool and ice skating rink.
Area activities: One of the most picturesque ski resorts in the world. Unspoilt and relaxed and very much known as a family resort.
Style of property: A purpose built ski appt. a fairly modern building with lift, we are on 3rd floor.
Furnishings & decorations: Adequately equipped for this type of property. Some obvious Austrian influence.
Outlook & views: Good sized balcony has afternoon and eve sun. Views up the mountains to the main ski lift.
Principle rooms: Open-plan lounge and dining area, adjoining small kitchen.
Room off with 4 adult size bunks.
Main sofa makes double bed.
Separate bathroom, bath, shower and basin. Separate WC.
Plenty of storage.
Outside living areas: Good sized balcony, with eves roof over, so well protected.
Salzburg 1 hour.
Fly to Salzburg and pick up rental car or taxi or train or bus to Zell am See. It is one hour from the airport.
If you have a lot of gear, skis etc. the mini-bus/taxi is probably best at 90 Euros. (for 6 people)
