10 Minutes from Disneyland Theme Park, Supermarkets, fuel and restaurants. Other theme parks within easy reach. Golf within 5 minutes.
The villa was built in March 2000 to a very high standard and is fully air conditioned throughout.
The villa has 3 bathrooms, an en-suite to the master bedroom and the queen room. Bathroom 3 is shared with twin bedroom 3 and 4.

Lovely outlook with private enclosed pool area and substantial terrace with covered lanai for shaded al fresco dining on those hot sunny days.
Master Bedroom with his and hers walk in closets and luxury en-suite with garden tub bath and separate shower, twin sinks. Queen bedroom 2 has ensuite/pool bathroom. Twin bedroom 3 and twin bedroom 4 shares full bathroom 3.
There are sliding glass patio doors from the master bedroom, family room and living room. The front area has a substantial lawn and drive with mature trees and shrubs. The rear has private pool and garden area.
Pool Heating £85 per week (optional)
Utility fee $190 air-conditioning, electricity and management fee.
