A large utility room leads off the kitchen with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs a spacious landing leads to three bedrooms. There is one double bedroom with ensuite facilities and two twin bedrooms. There is a main bathroom upstairs with toilet, hand basin, shower and bath.

Just before reaching the town of Waterville, turn left at the Waterville Craft Market. Guests must contact Noreen O'Shea for directions, and also at the end of their stay, as a meter reading for electricity needs to be taken.
