Property Location: Villa Meltem is located in Dalyan on the south west Mediterranean coast of Turkey, in the Mugla Province. It is 25kms from Dalaman International Airport, 2 hours from Marmaris and 1½ hours from Fethiye.
Area activities: Dalyan is a perfect holiday destination offering history, culture, wildlife, stunning scenery, deserted beaches and coves. Villa Meltem makes an ideal base to explore the many attractions this region has to offer. Day trips or multi stay trips can be arranged to the famous rock city of Cappodocia, the salt flats of Pamukkale or the biblical area of Ephesus.

The king size and twin suites have ensuite bathrooms and balcony and the third bedroom has an ensuite shower room. The large open plan kitchen and lounge areas have comfortable sofas and carefully selected decor and the kitchen is well equipped with granite worktops, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and full oven and hob. There is also a downstairs toilet and wet room. The third bedroom in Villa Meltem sleeps three.
Outside living areas: The shady terrace is perfect for al fresco meals and sheltering from the heat of the day. The gardens are well stocked with fruit trees of various kinds and there are open views of the mountains. There is a large kirsch, with lovely views out to the mountains and over the fields, which has carpets and soft cushions and is ideal for relaxing, there is also a shady bar with freezer.

To reach Villa Meltem in Turkey from Dalaman airport, follow the signs to Ortaca, continue straight through Ortaca, and follow the signs to Dalyan. When you arrive at a roundabout outside Dalyan, take the third exit, straight down the road for 1km.
