Villa Lottie is situated in the region of Alicante on the way to the village of Finestrat, slightly inland from Benidorm, with magnificent unspoilt views of the Mediterranean Sea, overlooking the historic medieval town of Villajoyosa.

From the villa you are within easy reach of Costa Blanca's resort city of Benidorm, where you will find a large variety of restaurants, pubs, nightclubs, shops and miles of beautiful golden sandy beaches.
Within a few minutes drive you will find the La Marina Shopping Centre, with shops like Zara, H&M, C&A to name but a few. The complex includes fast food outlets and cinemas, restaurants, a play area for children and bowling alley.

The fully equipped kitchen includes cutlery, crockery and all appliances and leads out into an enclosed courtyard.
On the first floor there is a master double bedroom with sea and pool view, a second double bedroom has a mountain view. There is a bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin. From this landing you can step out onto the first floor terrace and take in the beautiful sea views. Another flight of stairs and you emerge onto a solarium, where you can relax on the loungers soaking up the sun taking in the panoramic views of the sea and mountains, when it gets too hot cool down under the outdoor shower.
On site there is a lovely communal outdoor swimming pool.
