Villa Harika in Dalyan, Turkey is a luxury four bedroom villa, newly built in 2006 to the highest possible standard. The location is excellent, situated in an exclusive development of five detached villas, all with private swimming pools and gardens, yet only five minutes walk from central Dalyan. You can take the main roads or the picturesque riverside walk, that is only 200 metres from the villa. The views are excellent, surrounded by hills, with a large lemon orchard at the end of the garden.
Dalyan is nestled between mountains, next to a river, huge lake and right by the sea. Nearby can be found trekking, jeep safaris, white water rafting, mountain biking, canyoning, sea kayaking, enduro motocross riding, paragliding, diving, horse riding, sea fishing, snorkelling, boat tours along the coast and across the lake, in addition to shopping in local markets, Turkish massages and simply lying on the most fabulous beach in Turkey.
Villa Harika in Turkey has two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor. There is also a bed settee in the living room, so it can comfortably sleep up to ten. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and the villa is air conditioned throughout. The upstairs lounge has access to a private balcony, a glass door in the upstairs lounge provides wonderful views of the hills and surrounding countryside.
The spacious open plan living area on the ground floor, opens on to the garden and swimming pool with views of the hills. The dining area is spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The bedrooms have CD players, hairdryers and travel plugs are also provided.
This small development of similar properties, called Palm Gardens, is set in its own private walled gardens planted with trees and palms. Alongside the lovely outdoor swimming pool is a shower, a barbecue and a shaded gazebo for outside dining with an adjoining outdoor bar area. Sun loungers are also provided.
