Moraira and its surrounding area are filled with wonders for all age ranges and tastes, it offers fine arts with dozens of art galleries, antique shops and tiny craft shops. For the sporty there is cycling, walking, scuba diving, tennis and golf, all just a few kilometres away. Nearby are the attractions of Mundomar Sea World, Aqualandia Water Park and Terra Mitica Theme Park or visit Ibiza from the port at Denia. Not far from Moraira are the villages of Calpe and Altea, each with their unique character. Nearby Calpe has some of the best beaches with funfairs for the children and a vast range of shopping arcades filled with the best of Spanish crafts, Altea is a beautiful town, virtually untouched by tourism due to its unique coastal position.
Set on the hillside of Moraira, Villa Estrella De Moraira sits in a unique and prestigious position. The Villa is detached in a large private plot with spectacular views of the valley and countryside which adorns this much sought after location on Spain's glorious Costa Blanca.
The accommodation is set over two levels, with most being on the upper level and comprises of three twin bedrooms, one which is en-suite and separate from the upper floor and one large double room which is en-suite, with a fantastic open aspect onto the villas terrace.
All rooms are fully equipped, decorated and furnished to the highest standards, with wardrobes and storage facilities. Also on the upper level there is a fully equipped and spacious kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, hob, toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board.
In the well appointed and cosy lounge there is a satellite TV, a dvd/cd player with a selection of dvds, large log burning fireplace, seating for eight people and a dining table which will also seat eight. The villa has full central heating and ceiling fans.
To the exterior of the property there is a large and luxurious private outdoor swimming pool with Roman steps, which is fully floodlit amidst landscaped gardens with ample terracing for sunbathing and dining al fresco complete with seating, a table and sun beds. There is also a wonderful heated hydro massage spa and a fully equipped laundry room on site. The Villa is fitted with a complete "SOS" push button intercom system with English operators should any emergency arise. Small pets may be considered, on approval by the owners. A welcome pack is provided for guests upon arrival. Airport transfers can be arranged by the owners.
The Villa Estrella De Moraira forms part of a superb site called Villotel and hosts tennis courts, mini golf, a large community outdoor swimming pool and restaurant.
