Property Location: Villa Diana in Turkey is located ten minutes walk from Calis beach and promenade.
Distance from town: The villa is located only ten minutes stroll to the shops, bars and restaurants of Calis.
Area activities: Perfect for relaxing in the sun, lounging by the swimming pool, trips to the beach and long lunches in the nearby cafés and bars. For a more vibrant nightlife catch a dolmus (mini-bus) or Water Taxi to Fethiye or onto the party town of Hisaronu. No stay would be complete without a visit to Olu Deniz, which has been voted one of the best beaches in the world.

Outlook & views: Enjoy the mountain views from the rear of the villa and the beautiful sunsets from the front.
Principle rooms: The ground floor is open plan, the front door opens to a spacious entrance hallway, decorative archways separate the lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. French doors provide access to the front and rear terraces, where you can enjoy relaxing meals ‘al-fresco’. There is ground floor toilet/shower room. A curved marble staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find a master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room and French door to a balcony overlooking the pool. Bedroom 2 also has a double bed, mountain views and a French door to the rear balcony. Also on this floor there is a luxurious main bathroom, complete with Jacuzzi corner bath and shower. On the top floor is bedroom 3 with twin beds, complete with kitchenette and patio doors leading onto a private roof terrace with panoramic views. Also on this floor is bedroom 4 with twin beds, this room has a sloping ceiling. A cot and highchair will be provided. Airport transfers can be arranged with the property owner if required.
Outside living areas: The property has a private outdoor swimming pool, garden, patio area, balcony and a barbeque. If you are driving, there is private parking.

To reach Villa Diana in Turkey, from Dalaman airport follow signs to Fethiye and then signs to Calis Plaj. The owner can arrange airport transfers, a transfer will cost approx. £65 (2009). Further details available from property owner upon confirmation of booking.
