The property was completed in July 1993 and is situated south of route 192 West, less than 15 minutes from Disneyworld, MGM and Epcot Centre. Within 30 minutes drive you will find Universal Studios, Sea World, Wet ' n' Wild, Gatorland and many other attractions. A little further afield you are less than an hour to Bush Gardens, Tampa, and within 90 minutes you can be on the beautiful Clearwater and St Petersburg beaches on the Gulf Coast. In the other direction Kennedy Space Station and Cocoa Beach are about 90 minutes away.
The villa is fully air - conditioned and furnished to a high standard. The large living and dining areas are in an open - plan design, providing truly spacious accommodation consisting of Dining Room, Formal Lounge, Family Room and Kitchen. Multi channel TV and credit card phone are provided. The master bedroom has a large en-suite, with white marbel bath and twin vanity and a walk in shower. The bed is king size and there is another TV, Clock radio and plenty of drawer and hanging space. Patio doors open out onto the pool. The other bedrooms are a double, with queen - sized bed and two twin - bedded rooms. All have ample drawer and hanging space. Theres a sofa-bed in the formal lounge so that up to ten people can be accomodated in total. The pool is a 30 x 15 size, fully screened with Florida netting with loungers and chairs and a covered patio with ceiling fan. The rear of the house is south facing over open fields. A charge of £25 is made for the use of electricity
