Villa Das Flores in Portugal is a fabulously located villa on the outskirts of Lagoa close to Gramacho and overlooking Pinta Golf Course, within easy reach of every amenity.
The nearest beach is a few minutes drive away, with a quiet pretty cove, a beach bar, fabulous fish restaurant and lovely sunbeds and shades for hire. Ferragudo is only five minutes drive. Boat trips leave nearby Portimao marina to see the dolphins and boats can also be chartered from here, or try a fabulous trip from Portimao to the lovely town of Silves. From most beaches trips to the caves and coves in colourful fishing boats can be arranged.
The Villa is on the edge of Pinta Golf Course, about 500 yards to the Clubhouse. The new Pinta Clubhouse is now open offering fabulous dining facilities with views over the course. A little further up the road on the way to the beach is Gramacho Golf Course, another excellent 18 hole course. At this property you are centrally located for all the other courses in the Algarve. The famous David Leadbetter Golf Academy and driving range is within walking distance of the Villa.
The nearest supermarket is only a short walk from the property. For the children, the Slide and Splash Water Park is within 15 minutes walking distance of the Villa, Aqualand is a few minutes drive away. Various other attractions for children are close at hand, including Zoomarine. Carvoeiro Tennis Club is a short drive, which also has a gym, personal trainer, aerobic studio, table tennis, bar football, yoga classes etc.
Villa Das Flores in Lagoa, Portugal is a luxurious Villa with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and ensuites, the other two bedrooms have twin beds. There is a large fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and oven, granite work surfaces and a breakfast bar. The spacious lounge has Sky television, a dvd player, two sitting areas and a dining area. A small conservatory room overlooks the lovely gardens and pool area.
The outside terrace has a built in barbecue and stone dining table. Comfortable sunbeds are provided for lounging by the super 10m x 5m outdoor swimming pool. The garden is private and not overlooked and the private roof terrace has excellent views over the golf course close by.
