Distance from town: This property is ideally located for exploring this lovely area, with Granada one hour away by car, Marbella around 1.5 hours, Gibraltar around 2.5 hours and the beautiful 15th century village of Frigiliana only fifteen minutes away.
Area activities: Nerja is the ideal holiday destination with something for everyone. With pretty winding streets full of white washed properties, the focal point of the town is the Balcon de Europa, where holidaymakers and locals alike congregate. There are plenty of excellent restaurants and bars in the area and several good sized beaches, the largest being the Burriana beach. Recommended excursions include the caves of Nerja in nearby Maro and the Al-Hambra Palace in the beautiful old city of Granada. Nearby can be found a variety of watersports including canoeing, kayaking, sailing, and windsurfing and the property is also only a 1.5 hour drive to the Sierra Nevada ski resort.
