Property Location: Our cottage, a traditional Breton 'longere' is in the little hamlet of Restirou, set in a large tranquil garden.
Distance from town: It is just 3kms. from the pretty village of Gouarec, where the river Blavet meets the Nantes-Brest Canal. Gouarec has all amenities.
Area activities: The perfect location for a relaxing holiday with the beauty of rural France on your doorstep. 10 mins. drive from the fabulous Lac du Guerledan, the largest lake in Brittany with beaches and water sport facilities.
Style of property: This beautiful holiday cottage in the centre of Brittany, France, has been converted from a traditional Brittany longere and is set in a large tranquil garden. The cottage has been restored to the highest modern standards, it is centrally heated throughout making it an ideal holiday home in both summer or winter.
Furnishings & decorations: The open plan kitchen/living area has a wood burning stove with wood provided, satellite television and DVD. The kitchen is well appointed with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. The ground floor also has one double room with double bed and a second room with bunk beds. There is a separate shower and wc.The 1st floor comprises solely of the master bedroom with its own spacious bathroom. A single bed or cot can be added to make this a large family room. Outside, a barbeque, outdoor dining table, chairs and loungers are provided. All linen and towels are also provided.
