Trevethan in Rock, Cornwall is located in the centre of the village, close to shops, beaches, golf and sailing. Rock in North Cornwall is located just round the first bend in the estuary mouth on the north eastern bank of the River Camel, adjacent to the harbour port of Padstow. There are several reasons why tourists are attracted to Rock, from the long fine sandy beach that, at low tide, continues round Brea Hill to the crescent bay at Daymer, to the vast range of watersports on offer.

Four bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms with double beds and ensuite bathrooms, 1 twin bedroom with freeview TV, DVD Player, radio and music centre and 1 room particularly suited for children with two single beds. Large family bathroom with wc, basin, full-size bath with shower over and separate walk-in shower.
Outside: Front and rear gardens with lawns bordered by flowers, trees and shrubs. The rear garden also has a large stone terrace and barbecue for alfresco dining and is private, fully enclosed and secure. There is off-road parking for up to three cars and space for storing bicycles safely at the side of the house.
