To reach the Threshing Barn at Great Eckworthy, near Bideford in North Devon, from Bideford town keep the estuary on your left, go past the old bridge and keep to the left at the roundabout. Following the estuary for approx. one mile, take the right turn to Buckland Brewer for approx. three miles take the left turn to Buckland Brewer for approx. two miles. At the village go past the pub and take the right fork opposite the school, keep going for 1.7 miles to right fork after house called Little Tythecott, next T junction turn right, the property is a short distance on the left.
