The Stables - Brechfa near Carmarthen in Wales is a lovely three bedroom, stable conversion to accommodate five guests. This fabulous property has been awarded four stars. The stables and coach house of a former hunting lodge, were built in 1910 by Clough William Ellis, the architect who designed Portmeirion, having been sympathetically modernised by an award winning architect.
Accommodation: Lounge area with vaulted ceiling, two large sofas, SKY-Plus TV, DVD Player, Library & CD Player/Radio. Upstairs lounge area with two sofas, bean-bags, Freeview TV, VCR Player and games table. WI-FI available. Fully fitted kitchen and dining area with appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Master bedroom, twin bedroom and single bedroom. Bathroom 1 with bath, wc and washing machine. Bathroom 2 with a walk-in shower and wc. Heating is provided by night storage radiators and a wood burning stove within a stone fireplace (wood can be provided on request). All bedding & towels are provided and a cot is available on request.
French windows lead to an extensive decked patio area with a built in barbeque. There is also a newly fitted Hot Tub Spa House -(37degree), ideal for relaxing with the music of your choice. There is also a shared garden with the main house, garden furniture and off road parking for up to three cars.
