The Karadag Mountain Mill in Dalyan, Turkey is located on the edge of town, thirty minutes walk from the centre. The 3,300 m2 of land underneath Karadag Mountain, with its olive and eucalyptus trees, provides privacy and seclusion, yet still have convenient access to the town and all amenities. There is a colourful market in Dalyan on a Saturday and Korsegiz on a Monday, both well worth a visit to stock the larder.
Dalyan is a super place and has a lot to offer its visitors; as well as the normal sun, sea and sand, it also has a freshwater lake, a river, mud baths, hot springs, an historic city and beautiful mountain scenery whichever direction you look. The whole region is a national conservation area, and home to numerous varieties of birds and three types of turtle, including the protected loggerhead sea turtle.
The ancient city of Caunos is a fifteen minute walk away from Dalyan and has only recently begun to be excavated. A plethora of excellent riverside restaurants often provide views of the famous Lycian rock tombs, a fabulous setting for an evening meal.
The Karadag Mountain Mill in Dalyan, Turkey is a stunning, luxury, detached new Villa with five ensuite bedrooms to accommodate up to ten guests. This magnificent property is fully equipped with tasteful decorations and furnishings.
Accommodation includes two large living rooms and a fully equipped kitchen/dining room, will all modern conveniences including a dishwasher, microwave and coffee filter. The downstairs living room has Cable TV, DVD player and an ever increasing selection of DVDs. All living and bedrooms have air-conditioning. Outside the kitchen there is a patio area with a beautiful large ash table to seat eight, with the small table and four chairs from the kitchen, there is enough seating for all the family. There are five ensuite bedrooms. The upstairs balconies provide views of the mountains, fields and orange and lemon groves. There is also a quiet reading place upstairs facing the mountain for that quiet night cap whilst star watching. In the basement there is a utility room with two washing machines, iron, ironing board and shelves with clean towels.
To the rear of the villa, under the mountain, there are lovely landscaped gardens with a stream and a Turkish style seating pagoda. At the front of the property is a large outdoor swimming pool, BBQ, sun bed and bar area, which also includes a shower and toilet. At the front is an orchard with cherry, banana, grape, orange, lemon, apricot, fig, apple, pear, peach, lime and pomegranate trees.

The Karadag Mountain Mill is situated in Dalyan, approximately thirty minutes drive from Dalaman Airport. Airport transfers can be arranged, with the owner of the property, for an approximate charge of £27-£37 each way, depending on numbers.
