The Casita at Casa Doble is located in Pilar de Jaravia on the outskirts of the Spanish village of Pulpi, nestled below a mountain range, just five minutes drive from the beach and ten minutes from the coastal town of Aguilas, with its historical links to British railways. There are two bars and a small shop just 100 yards away (open during the day only) and a railway link 50 yards from the property. The property is 3km to a seaside village, with a supermarket and numerous restaurants.
The village of Pilar de Jaravia is on the border of the provinces of Almeria and Murcia and boasts a train service from Alicante to Aguilas, which stops at the village three to five times a day depending on season. It is also the site of one of the biggest crystal deposits found in Europe.
The region of Almeria offers a great diversity of leisure activities with many lovely unspoilt beaches, 300 days of sunshine and an average temperature of 22 degrees, as well as its culture wealth, archaeological treasures, festivals and art. A car is essential at this property to fully explore all this lovely region has to offer.

Two bedrooms, one double and one twin. Bathroom with walk-in shower. The Casita is fully equipped with towels, bedding and crockery etc. for four guests.
On site there is a garden with bbq and garden furniture. The seven by seven square metre outdoor swimming pool (which has a winter temperature of approximately ten degrees rising to thirty degrees in the summer) and sun loungers can be used freely by guests. Aromatherapy and reflexology at discounted rates, various beauty treatments and hairdressing can also be arranged.
