Ideally located . . standing in the finest position on the Promenade, The Beach Holiday Flats are just 25 yards from the sea with its safe bathing. It has magnificent views of beautiful Filey Bay including the famous Brigg to the north, and Flamborough Head to the south.
Filey is one of the few east coast resorts still unspoilt by modern development and offers the ideal holiday for all ages.
The beach, one of the cleanest and safest on this coast, is never overcrowded and the nature trail along the Brig offers endless interest for young explorers.
The angler will find good sport from the Brig or with local boatmen, and the yachtsman is assured of good sailing in the bay.
For motorists, Filey is within easy reach of the North Yorkshire Moors, the spectacular Yorkshire coastline,
and many places of historic interest including Whitby and York.
Ground floor flats, each with a very large lounge/dining room with sea views, bathroom and separate kitchen. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a single bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bunk beds.Each flat sleeps up to seven people.
Flats 2 & 8:
First floor flats with probably the best views in Filey, each has a fully fitted kitchen area, bathroom, and a lounge with large bay window. Bedroom 1 has a double bed & sea view. Bedroom 2 has a double and a single bed.These flats are on the second floor and are similar to flats 2 and 8 in layout and facilities, but with smaller window..
Flat 3:
Although this flat does not have sea view, it is bright, comfotable and spacious - well worth considering! Flat 3 is on the first floor with fully fitted kitchen area, separate bedroom with a double bed and bunk beds with a shower room en-suite. Flat 3 sleeps up to four people.
Flats 6 & 12:
These flats are on the third floor, and being at the top of the building they have sloping ceilings towards the windows, we feel these flats offer excellent value family accommodation.
Each flat has a lounge with fitted kitchen area & sea view and each ha, a bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a double bed & sea view. Bedroom 2 has a double and two single beds. Each flat sleeps up to 6 people.
Flats 7A:
On the ground floor at the rear. we believe this is the niceest flat for 2 people on the sea front.
The flat has a lounge with kitchen area, separate bedroom with double bed & en-suite shower room.
Famous Filey crabs, lobsters, prawns, kippers etc are availale on the numerous fresh seafood stalls.
24 hour free parking is available (space permitting) on the seaward-side of the road opposite our flats & on the Flats-side of the road between 6pm & 10am. There is also a special disabled parking zone nearby.
