Property Location: The Annex at Pen Y Banc in Pembrokeshire, Wales is ideally situated in the picturesque fishing village of Solva, close to the National Park Coast Path.
Distance from town: The property is ideally located only a five minute walk to a local shop and pubs/restaurants. The fiord-like harbour is a ten minute walk and charming St. Davids, the smallest city in Wales, is three miles away with a range of shops, pubs and restaurants.
Area activities: The Annex is in a perfect peaceful location for a couple who enjoy coastal walking and exploring a very pretty area. The property makes an excellent base from which to enjoy this beautiful part of West Wales. A car is essential to fully explore all this lovely area has to offer guests.
The Annex in Pembrokeshire is a very pleasant, compact, one bedroom apartment to accommodate two guests, at one end of a large family house at the top of Solva village.
Accommodation: The main sitting room has a two seater settee and a chair. There is a also a colour television, cd & dvd player. Adjoining the sitting room is a compact kitchen, which is fully equipped with an electric cooker, microwave and fridge. There is one double bedroom and a bathroom with a bath which incorporates a seat, as well as a shower overhead, built in basin, wc and washing machine under the airing cupboard.
The entrance to the property is secluded with a patio area complete with patio seating and flowering tubs. There is also a conservatory which catches the sun most of the day, where it is lovely to eat meals or just use as an extra room in which to relax. The accommodation is on the ground floor and would be suitable for someone who is slightly disabled - with one small step over the threshold. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

The Annex at Pen Y Banc is situated in Solva, Pembrokeshire, Wales. Coming from Haverfordwest come through the lower part of Solva and up the hill past the Royal George pub, then past the lay-by and telephone box on your right and 20 yards after this take the right fork, up an incline. Take the first right again and our house ‘Pen Y Banc’ is 200 yards on your left. It is a big house with a wooden balcony; the last house before coming to fields.Turn left immediately IN FRONT of the house and 20 yards on the right there is a parking bay for your car outside your entrance to The Annex.
