The property is only twenty five miles from Plymouth and five miles from Looe, which boasts some beautiful beaches. Polperro is renowned for its pubs, some of which date back to Medieval times.
This property makes an ideal base from which to explore this lovely part of Cornwall. A car is necessary to fully appreciate all the area has to offer.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave and washer/dryer. There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with twin beds and one bunk bedded room. There is also a large family bathroom. One small dog only allowed
