The cottage is part of a converted 17th century farmhouse set
in six acres of land in the heart of the beautiful Yorkshire countryside. The location was made famous by the filming of 'Last of the Summerwine' and is a popular tourist attraction.
Shepley is a quaint village with pubs, restaurants and shops.
The train station is only a couple of bus stops away and the nearest large town is only approximately seven miles away.
Excellent touring base for the Yorkshire Dales. Superb for
all country activities such as walking, horse riding and golf.
Use of a superb leisure centre featuring an indoor swimming pool, sauna etc.
A 17th century cottage with many original features set within six acres of Pennine farmland with its own traditional walled cottage garden

Harvest Cottage has one upstairs double bedroom and another with twin beds/bunks. The bathroom with shower and toilet are adjacent. The lounge is quite large with 4 piece suite etc. The dining area with large table and dresser adjoins the kitchen.
Winnow Cottage has two upstairs double bedrooms, one with adult sized bunk-beds. The separate toilet has a bath with head shower. The lounge is sizeable with Hi-fi, fire and doorway to separate dining kitchen. Open plan staircase, wall lights and pictures help to create a cosy ambience.
Summerwine Cottages is a friendly & family run small complex of high quality cottages set within the 6 acres of beautiful grounds of West Royd Farm. Comfortably and fully equipped ETC 3 Star accommodation with the added tranquillity of a tropically heated indoor pool and sauna.
