The peaceful, gentle, setting of Stouts Hill suggests days on the lawns and lake and visits to the many Cotswold stone villages and towns to see the antique shops or sample the restaurants. Stouts Hill is a treasure of the Cotswold landscape, in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty - a place for all seasons in a gentle green valley, surrounded by the rolling hills of the Cotswold Way.
The house predates from 1697 and the Strawberry Hill Gothic was completed by 1755.
A trip to Slimbridge Wildfowl Trust and Berkeley Castle may be on your itinerary, or a round of golf at Cotswold Edge Course or to walk a part of the Cotswold Way. A car is essential to fully appreciate all this lovely area has to offer.
Stouts Hill in Gloucestershire is a Country House Timeshare Resort, a castellated Strawberry Hill Gothic mansion, sympathetically restored with superb interiors. It is located in the South Cotswolds in the heart of England, in a twenty seven acre parkland setting, including two rose gardens and a three acre lake for fishing.
There are fourteen suites, each different, beautifully furnished and fully equipped. Every room is tastefully furnished and carefully prepared, each high quality apartment hosts one or two bedrooms with sitting room, television, dvd player, cd player, telephone, well equipped kitchen, and one or two bath/shower rooms. A kitchen with oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator, complete with fine bone china, silver cutlery and crystal. All linen, towels and dishcloths are provided. Wi-fi avialable. All the suites have superb views and central heating. The two bedroom suites have either an ensuite shower room or a downstairs cloakroom, in addition to the main bathroom. Please note all units are non-smoking.
There is a Hall, Lounge and octagonal Drawing Room in the main house, and an elegant Dining Room for dinner served most Wednesdays and for private use at other times.
Leisure facilities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, Jacuzzi, games rooms with snooker tables, table tennis and air hockey, two nine hole courses for putting and pitch and putt, tennis court and croquet lawn.

To reach Stouts Hill in Gloucestershire, from the M5 take junction 13. Follow the A38 until you reach the A4135 signed Dursley. Drive through Dursley and turn left at the mini roundabout, the B4066 signed Uley & Stroud. On entering Uley, turn right to the Resort.
If travelling from the south, leave the M5 at junction 14, take the A38 and proceed as above.
