5 minute drive from beautiful unspoiled beaches, close to Sandringham and tourist attractions. Set in a pretty village in conservation area with pubs and amenities. Docking village is equipped with small supermarket/newsagent and post-office. Also a shop selling fresh fish and local produce/delicatessen. There are 3 pubs within walking distance, two of which serve a variety of food where children are also welcome. There is also a fish and chip bar. Approx 10 miles to large supermarkets and historical town of King's Lynn. Excellent touring base for exploring the unspoilt North Norfolk coast with many excellent beaches. Ideally situated for tourist attractions such as English country houses, notably Sandringham, quaint villages, working windmills, etc. Sailing, bird-watching, golf and horse-racing available locally.

Recently modernised interior, including re-fitted kitchen and bathroom but retaining rustic features such as exposed beams. Comfortably furnished in a mix of both traditional and modern English style. Set in quaint English village with similar cottages of architectural interest. Separate lounge with comfortable seating for 6, wood-burning stove in brick surround, television, and video (also central heating). Good size dining room seating 6-8. Kitchen equipped with Reyburn oven, electric hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer etc. 3 bedrooms - 1 double, 1 with bunk-beds and 1 single. Modern bathroom with corner bath, shower and toilet.
Linen & towels on request for overseas guests only, £30/week/party. Cleaning charge of £20 per week.
