Stables at Old Farm Cottages in Tunstead, Norfolk is a charming three bedroom property to accommodate up to six guests. Stables is part of an original stable block, a spacious single storey cottage beautifully beamed with lovely views. The property has been awarded four stars by Visit Britain, one of six exclusive self catering cottages, each beautifully decorated and furnished.
Accommodation includes a fully equipped kitchen area, spacious lounge/dining room, one four poster bedroom and an ensuite shower room and two twin bedrooms, all bedroom are suitable for a cot. On request, by prior arrangement, Stables can seat up to ten to dine should you have family or friends staying in one of the other cottages.
On site is an enclosed garden overlooking the pond and ample on site parking. Shared facilities include a laundry room charges apply, freezer, use of the heated swimming pool, timetabled so each cottage has private use nearly every day, plus shared time daily. Use of fitness room (over 16’s), games room - charges apply and play area/garden and dvd library.

To reach Stables at Old Farm Cottages in Tunstead, Norfolk, from Norwich take the A1151 through Wroxham towards Stalham. Approximately 4 miles north of Wroxham branch left, signposted to Smallburgh/Dilham. Take this road for 1km (5/8 mile) until the first cross roads, signed Tunstead, turn left. Remain on this road and after 1.6km (1 mile) Old Farm Cottages are on your left. If following Satellite Navigation you may find yourself at Tunstead Church - if so turn right at the crossroads with the church on your left (signposted to SMALLBURGH).
