The ski area of Leogang is accessed by the Asitz gondola just over 1km away, the ski bus runs regularly. For beginners there is a ski school located in the village centre, with a nursery slope and beginners lift. Excellent ski schools offer group and private lessons for all abilities with English speaking instructors. Nearby is Zell am See for a lively night out, a bustling winter/summer resort with many water based sports around the lake, 2 beautiful golf courses, shops, bars and good restaurants. Kaprun Glacier offers year round skiing, and is available with a Ski Alpin Ski pass, covering Ski Circus and Europa Sport Region resorts of Zell/Kaprun.

The large spacious living/kitchen area comes fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, 4 ring electric hob and full oven. There is also a sofa couch. The south facing balcony offers fantastic mountain views. The apartment is on the ground floor, accessed by a few stairs and therefore unsuitable for wheelchair users.
On site is a ski room with heated boot warmer and in winter free sauna, five days a week. A games room with table football, table tennis, tv and dvd and children’s play room and games. In summer guests can relax in the garden with BBQ and there is also secure bicycle storage.
