Property Location: Sky Cottage is located in the centre of the small Cornish village of Golant, on the banks of the Fowey River, only 200m from the local pub.
Distance from town: Golant village has a pub, hotel open to non residents, but no shops. Fowey is the nearest town with all amenities about five miles away, or Lostwithiel five miles away. St Austell and Bodmin, with supermarkets, are seven miles from the property.
Area activities: This property makes an excellent base for exploring the whole of Cornwall. The Eden Project is ten minutes drive, Lost Gardens of Heligan fifteen miles, Lanhydrock (National Trust) House four miles. There are also lots of coastal, countryside and river walks. A car is essential to fully explore this lovely area of Cornwall.

The shower room with large enclosed shower cubicle, toilet and basin, has an original wood floor, heated towel rail and fan heater for extra winter warmth.
Outside living areas: An oak stable door leads to a private patio garden with table and chairs.

Sky Cottage is situated in Golant, near Fowey, Cornwall. From Taunton take the A30 to Bodmin, on leaving the A30 follow signs to Lostwithiel and then Fowey onto the B3269. From Plymouth, turn left off the A390 (after it passes through Lostwithiel) to Fowey onto the B3269. Turn left again to Golant after about two miles. Take this road down the narrow steep hill.
