Located at Tuscan Ridge, this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is 15 minutes from Disney and with easy access to Interstate 4, it's very handy for all the attractions and the coast.
Close to a large supermarket (Publix), a huge new Wal Mart is just up highway 27 and within a few minutes are the shops, restaurants and attractions along US192.
Sea World, Universal, International Drive and airports are all close and only about an hours drive away are the beaches on the Gulf of Mexico, the Atlantic and the Kennedy Space Center.
Furnished to a high standard throughout this executive villa has four bedrooms including two mastersuites (one junior) and two twin rooms, plus a sleeper sofa - providing accommodation for up to a maximum of ten people in comfort. Three bathrooms including two ensuites and one Jack and Jill bathroom are provided.
The lounge is decorated with a comfortable but understated elegance with a full size dining table complete with six dining chairs.
A large modern fully fitted kitchen complete with all necessities including microwave, large range style cooker, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, pantry, coffee maker, toaster etc. etc..
Situated next to the kitchen is the breakfast nook. The nook has a feature window overlooking the pool and has dining space for four people.
Next to the kitchen this room overlooks the pool area with patio doors providing access to the pool deck. Home entertainment is provided via a remote controlled TV with cable channels, DVD player, Play Station 2 and CD player with cassette and radio. A small number of DVD's and games are supplied.
The main bedroom has an American king size bed.There is also a remote control TV. The patio door provides another point of access to the pool deck
The junior master bedroom features an American queen size bed and remote control TV.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 - Each room has two single beds and a built in closet.
