Situated in the village of Silsden on the edge of the Yorhire Dales, Silsden Boats is a successful narrow and wide beam boating company that offers relaxing holidays on the canals of the Yorkshire Dales.
From Canal Wharfe in Silsden, for a one week cruise, you may cruise to Foulridge and experience the tunnel, before turning to cruise and visit the famous Five Rise Locks at Bingley. The return trip will complete your week’s cruise.
Alternatively, you may wish to cruise west through the village of Kildwick and on to the market towns of Skipton and Gargrave in the Yorkshire Dales. Continue cruising through the hills of the Pennines onto Burnley and then return to Silsden.
All our boats come equipped with full central heating, hot water, toilets, (two on larger boats), shower, full-sized fridge and cooker and colour TV as standard. Bed linen is included as well as a full tank of diesel and gas.
Berths range from two to twelve persons and all have cruiser style sterns. Sizes range from 47ft to 60ft in length. Please note a minimum of two abled bodied adults are required to operate the boat. Tuition will be given on arrival.
