From the heights of Laugharne Park, you can see across the wide, sparkling sweep of the River Taf Estuary, over part of the magnificent Bay of Carmarthen and right the way to the North Devon coast, some 30 miles away. Laugharne Park’s 40 acres have been thoughtfully developed into a luxury holiday resort in what must be one of the U.K.’s most outstanding locations.
The surrounding Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire countryside offers marvellous opportunities for walking, horse riding, fishing, golf and there are many historic castles and museums, as well as lots of attractions, guaranteed to entertain every member of the family. Children are particularly well catered for with Oakwood, Wales’ premier holiday attraction, Folly Farm and Groveland Leisure Park nearby.
The holiday cottages at Laugharne Park, Laugharne in Wales offer a choice of studios, one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom lodges. All units are fully equipped, including fitted kitchens, bed linen, towels, glassware, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and a wide range of kitchen appliances. To reach Laugharne Park at Laugharne, Wales from Cardiff airport take the M4 motorway to Carmarthen, then the A40 to St Clears, turn off onto the A4066 to Laugharne. In the village, turn left at the Mariners Inn. The gates to Laugharne Park are straight ahead and the Reception is on the left. From Heathrow airport take the M4 west to Carmarthen and then follow the directions as above.
