Sea View Cottage is situated in the lovely village of Innellan near Dunoon. The property has fabulous sea views extending west to Cumbrae Island, Arran and Kintyre and east to Gourock and the Roseneath Peninsula.
The nearby Cowal Peninsula and the Argyll Forest Park, offer guests a wide range of sporting activities including golf, fishing, pleasure cruises, mountain-biking, cycling, horse riding, sailing and other watersports. For the walker choose from seaside, lochside or woodland forest trails through the most beautiful scenic area of Scotland. Pucks Glen, Glenbranter and the magnificent world renowned Benmore Botanic Gardens are just some of the localities attractions worth exploration.
For the golf enthusiast there are three local courses within easy reach, Innellan and Blairmore both 9 hole courses and the Cowal Golf Course, Dunoon 18 holes. Fishing and sea angling is available on your doorstep either from the banks of the Clyde below the front garden or the old pier. Numerous nearby rivers offer brown trout, salmon and sea salmon for the anglers. A car is essential at this property to take advantage of this beautiful part of Argyll.

Fully equipped kitchen/dining area including a dining table and four chairs; cooker; oven; microwave; fridge with ice box; toaster; kettle; washing machine; iron and ironing board and radio/cassette player. Master double bedroom with lovely sea views. The small room, doubles up as a reading, relaxation room and a bedroom, the sofa bed converting into a small double bed, if required. Bathroom features a bath with overhead shower, toilet and wash basin.
The Cottage also has a pretty garden extending to the sea wall.

Sea View Cottage is located in the village of Innellan, five miles south of Dunoon, Argyll, Scotland, 44 miles from Glasgow Airport. From Glasgow take the M8 motorway west towards Glasgow Airport (Paisley). Then cross the Erskine Bridge over the Clyde river and head up the A82 passing Dumbarton and then along the banks of Loch Lomond as far as Tarbet. From Tarbet head out toward Campbeltown on the A83, passing the little village of Arrochar and up and over the rest and be thankful pass. Approx. 5 miles further on from here, look for the left turning to Dunoon A815. (If Loch Fyne is then on your right hand side your on the right road, if it is on the left you need to turn back). Keep following the A815 through St Catherines, Strachur, Loch Eck, Dunoon and finally Innellan (approx 45 minutes drive from the A815 Dunoon turning). Sea View Cottage is within a group of three small cottages located on the left hand side coming in from Dunoon 500 yds past the Osborne Hotel.
Sea View Cottage is more easily reached in just over an hour from Glasgow using the M8 motorway or train west to Gourock, then either by the frequent Western Ferries from McInroy's Point (Gourock). The crossing takes about 20 minutes and Western Ferries operate a frequent service until 22:30 with a midnight ferry at the weekends. The Cal-Mac ferries leave Gourock hourly at 20 minutes past each hour. On arrival at Dunoon access Sea View Cottage in your car within 10 minutes, by simply following the A815 South along the coast out of Dunoon towards Innellan, Sea View Cottage is within a group of 3 small cottages located on the left hand side coming in from Dunoon, 500 yards past the Osborne Hotel on the seaward side.
