San Biagio House is located in the unspoilt region of Le Marche, Central Italy, an idyllic setting between the Sibillini Mountains and the Adriatic Riviera. San Biagio is a pretty hamlet close to Montefalcone, which is about a mile away, the property is half way down the East Coast and a half hour drive to the nearest beaches. The property is also close to Santa Vittoria in Matenano. Both these towns have shops, bars, chemist, restaurants etc.

San Biagio is a small hamlet, a very pleasant area for walking, with woods nearby. A car is essential to fully explore this lovely region of Central Italy.

San Biagio House in San Biagio, Italy is a charming two bedroom property, ideally situated for exploring the region, thirty minutes drive to the Adriatic Coast and forty minutes to the Sibillini Mountains.

The property has a comfortably furnished lounge with a pellet burning fire, tv and dvd player. The newly refurbished dining kitchen includes a hob, oven, extractor, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, there is also an open fireplace. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with twin beds, and a new bathroom with a toilet, wash basin and fully tiled large shower area. There is also a single mattress, which could be used in either of the bedrooms or the lounge.

The lovely views from the property are across the valley, where the sun rises each morning and streams in the bedroom window and toward the Adriatic Coast, which you can see clearly on most days.

Outside there is a small area in front of the house for sitting out and sunbathing, complete with table, chairs and sun umbrella, There is also car parking space at the front and side of the house.

San Biagio House is situated in the hamlet of San Biagio, near Montefalcone in the Le Marche region of Central Italy. Please note all motorways are tolls, get a ticket from the machine before joining. Exit the Airport and follow the green signs to the Autostrada A14. Head south in the direction of PESCARA or BARI for approx. 1 hour. Exit at PEDASO (the next exit after Porto San Giorgio) toll, approx. 4 Euros. Exit to the right after toll, after approx. 200 yards turn right at traffic lights towards Comunanza, SS433 to Ponte Maglio, passing through Ortezzano you will see Mama Rossas' Restaurant on your left. Follow signs for Comunanza. After approx. 25-30 minutes you will arrive at Ponte Maglio, you will see a bar on your left called Il Maglio. At Ponte Maglio turn right after the petrol station signposted Santa Vittoria and Montefalcone. After approx. 5-7 minutes there is a sign for Santa Vittoria to the right and Montefalcone to the left. Take left turn to Montefalcone. After about 3 minutes you will see a large sign on your left - a picture with Il Piceno on it, just after this take the left turn signposted San Biagio, a very small white sign. At crossroads go straight ahead, this takes you into San Biagio, which is a small hamlet of about ten houses. At junction turn left past two houses on your right and an empty house on the left. Opposite this is a terrace of three houses, one with a small tiled terrace and balcony. Turn sharp right, San Biagio House is on your right. Park at the side by the outside sink. This is a dead end and nobody requires access except on foot. Further details available from property owner upon confirmation of booking.
