S'Algar Apartment in Menorca is ideally situated only ten minutes by car/bus to the local town of Sant Lluis, with the coast only a five minute walk from the property.
Las Palmeras Pool, restaurants, supermarket and a children's play area can all be found in close proximity to the Apartment.
Menorca enjoys a peaceful tranquillity and an unhurried way of life, with its whitewashed villages, situated in lush green countryside and crystal clear waters. It is known as the 'blue & white island' and offers over 100 beaches, rocky coastline, hidden coves and grottos making for some wonderful diving sites. There is a diving centre in S'Algar which includes parascending. A 15 hole golf course can be found 25 minutes drive away, where clubs can be hired and an attractive bar/restaurant overlooks the Course, with a lovely beach only minutes away. Car hire is not essential, but is recommended to see the islands magnificent beaches and visit numerous restaurants.

It is a large and airy apartment with white walls and an apex roof with timber beams. A balcony provides a panoramic view of the sea and the sunroof, which sees the sun all day provides a 360ยบ view of the coastline, S'Algar and the surrounding countryside. Air conditioning is available in the two bedrooms and with double glazing throughout, this property is suitable for year round occupation.
Accommodation includes a kitchenette with electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric kettle and toaster. Lounge with a three seater and a two seater settee, Sky TV with limited channels and CD player. Two bedrooms, one double and one twin room. There is also a put-u-up in lounge area, which could be arranged for a small child. Fully tiled bathroom with bath, shower, basin and wc. Utility Room with washing machine/drying area.
The property also has a balcony with patio furniture and sunroof with chairs and sunloungers with an access door, which can be locked for safety purposes for young children. There is also a shared outdoor swimming pool, available in the summer months and lovely garden areas surrounding the property.

S'Algar Apartment is located in S'Algar, Menorca a twenty minute drive from Mahon Airport. Arrangements can be made with the owner for a car to be provided at the Airport or delivered to the apartment.
