Steeped in history and tradition, Rock Mill Apartment at Rock Mill nestles in the heart of south west Wales. Rock Mill is the last continuously water driven woollen mill still working in Wales, producing a traditional and contemporary range of woven blankets, throws and tapestry bedcovers. The Mill is open to visitors as a tourist attraction from Easter to the end of October and from November to Easter by request.
Set in the heart of the Teifi Valley, it is a good area for anglers, walkers and cyclists. Take a course in canoeing, kayaking, rock climbing and abseiling or just explore the fabulous scenery. The property is only ten minutes from the market town of Llandysul, amidst beautiful walking country with red kites overhead.
To the north of Llandysul there are an abundance of beautiful sandy coves to explore, and a number of popular seaside resorts such as New Quay, where there are watersports centres. A car is essential at this property for full exploration of this lovely part of Wales.
Rock Mill Apartment in Capel Dewi, Wales is a fabulous, newly converted weavers loft in the grounds of one of the only working water powered woollen mills in Wales, a Grade II listed building. This fully equipped, one bedroom apartment is able to accommodate up to four guests.
Well furnished and equipped, the apartment has views from the lounge over woodland and fields down to the River Clettwr, which powers the woollen mill.
