Pomme Gite in Brittany is ideally located in the beautiful French countryside. The area around Kerlun is stunning and varied with forest walks, a lakeside beach and the Nantes-Brest canal virtually on your doorstep. At the heart of central Brittany on the edge of the 8,000 acre Forest De Quenecan, which is stunning throughout the seasons, and only a five minute drive to Lake Guerledan with a sandy beach and restaurant.
Brittany has something to offer everybody whether it be sport orientated, sunning yourself on a gorgeous beach, soaking up the culture or just driving around meeting the friendly locals in the lovely villages.
Ten minutes drive from Kerlun you will find Abbey de Bon Repos, in a lovely setting next to the canal, there is a spectacular night time show held in August, which is not to be missed. Also here on a Sunday is an Artisans market, where everything is homemade or home-grown.
There are swimming pools at all the bigger towns, Pontivy has a heated open air pool in the summer, and Loudeac, twenty minutes away has a fun pool with slides, two big pools, a paddling pool, large beginners/children’s pool and hot tub. A car is essential to fully explore all this lovely area of Brittany has to offer.

Accommodation includes a large airy kitchen and a good size lounge with a sofa bed. The shower room and toilet are on the ground floor. The double bedrooms are big enough for a cot, and one has an annexe off, big enough for a z bed/cot.
On site can be found a Children's Play Area, Trampoline, Swings, Garden, Garden Furniture, Badminton and BBQ Area. The Gite has a welcome pack comprising of salt, pepper, bin bag, washing up liquid, toilet roll, sugar, coffee, t-bags and milk. Toys and books, highchair, booster, bed guard, stair gates, potty and pushchair are all available. Tennis racquets and balls are also available, there are courts in the village. Paddling pools are available in the summer, with parental supervision. Well behaved dogs are also welcome.

Pomme Gite at Gites de Kerlun in France is situated between St. Brieuc to the north and Pontivy to the south just off the N164.
From Mur De Bretagne follow the signs for St.Aignan (right before pharmacy). Follow the road for a few kms and cross the Nantes-Brest canal, and then the River Blavet, turn right into the village. Turn left at the Pecherie restaurant/bar and continue up the hill for a short distance to a T Junction. Join the main road here right (D15) and continue up past some houses into the forest. You will come out of the forest and in a little distance take a sharp left then right hand bend; you’ll come to the top of the hill and see our sign on the left.
