The Area

Property Location: Pinares de Mijas on the Costa Del Sol, Spain is located within a five minute walk of the beach, only 3km from La Cala and approx. 5km from Fuengirola. There are bus routes to the main towns from outside the complex, with Marbella only a twenty minute drive by car.

Distance from town: There is a good selection of bars and restaurants within five minutes walking distance.

Area activities: The complex has a large outdoor swimming pool and a children's pool. Golf courses are plentiful in the region, it is a perfect location for touring this part of Andalucia.

The Property

Style of property: Pinares de Mijas in Spain, completed in September 2005, is a fabulous, two bedroom penthouse apartment to accommodate five guests. It is located on a complex which enjoys sea views and is surrounded at the rear, with forests.

Furnishings & decorations: The property has modern and luxurious furnishings.

Outlook & views: There are partial sea views from the lower terrace and a more expansive sea view from the upper terrace, where on a clear day you can see the coastline of Africa.

Principle rooms: Large, comfortably furnished lounge with large bed settee, fireplace and flat screen television with Sky and dvd player. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave. Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom with large bed, access to the lower terrace and adjacent to a luxury bathroom with Jacuzzi. The second bedroom is upstairs and has three beds. It has been carefully furnished and equipped to ensure you have all you need for a comfortable holiday, with marble floors in the living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms. It is equipped with air conditioning/heating to ensure a comfortable environment inside all year round.

Outside living areas: Sliding glass doors lead onto the lower terrace where an outdoor table and chairs are located. The upper terrace is equipped with sun loungers.

Airport

Malaga 30 minutes drive.

Directions

As you leave Malaga airport, take the road along the side of the San Miguel factory signposted N340 Torremolinos/Cadiz (do not go over the flyover as this will take you left into Malaga) and join the main road. Carry on along and take the second exit off, signposted Benalmadena/Algeciras (blue sign) E15 A7 N340, which is just past the BMW garage. Carry on along the N340 for approx.15 minutes and you will pass exit number 217 and you will start to go down hill and see two overhead signs. The left sign will say Marbella/Algeciras E-15 A7 Peaje, the right sign will say Fuengirola/Algeciras N340 Costa. You must keep to the right. Follow the N340 which takes you through the outskirts of Fuengirola. Watch out for Hotel Beatrix Palace Km 207 on your left, you are now within five minutes of the apartment. Continue on the N340 and you will see a lighthouse on your right. After the lighthouse take the second exit marked Cambio de Sentido El Faro, very close to the lighthouse around the corner, you could miss this turn if you are travelling too fast. At the top of the exit slipway you will come to a roundabout, turn right and then left. Follow this road and after 200 yards you will see a slip road to the left. Take this slip road, around the roundabout and straight on at the third exit. Pinares de Mijas is the terracotta buildings on your right with Los Amigos Beach Club and a bowling green on your left. Enter through the gate and climb the steps, turn left and the apartment is accessed through the first door on the left. The Penthouse is on the third floor, you may use the lift, the apartment is immediately on the right as you exit the lift.
