Pilot Cottage in Exmouth is a delightful semi-detached Cottage, which is thought to have been the pilots' look-out cottage in the days of sail. This ground floor maisonette has been completely refurbished to provide a beautiful holiday home.
Pilot Cottage is located next to the Kerans Hotel, only 35 yards from the seafront with its two miles of glorious golden sand. The nearest shops are within 100yds, the town centre, bus, rail stations and the leisure centre with its indoor swimming pool are all within a half mile level walk of the Cottage.
Exmouth has two miles of golden sand and elegant Georgian architecture. One of the real joys of Exmouth is that it is possible to enjoy the best of the traditional beach holiday and also engage in a wide range of activities, entertainment and nature, all on one's doorstep with Exeter a short and scenic train ride away. Woodbury Common is nearby, as is historic, Dutch gabled Topsham and Lympstone, a picture book fishing village.
Pilot Cottage in Exmouth, Devon is a three bedroom property to accommodate four guests. The Cottage has been awarded four stars by the English Tourism Board.
Accommodation includes: Three bedrooms, one double and two single rooms. A large, very comfortable lounge/diner with colour television. A spacious, fully fitted, pine kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. A fully tiled bathroom.
Linen and towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. Heating, if required, is by night storage heaters supplemented by panel heaters. Electricity is by £1 coin meter, except for the night storage heaters, which are free of charge November to March. At other times, night storage heating is available on request at a weekly charge of £15. Sorry no pets and strictly no smoking. To save you the chore of end of stay cleaning, an optional "Pack up and go" cleaning service is available for £25.

Pilot Cottage keys should be collected from the owner at Victoria Guest House, 131 Victoria Road, Exmouth between 3.00 p.m. and 5.00 p.m., unless other arrangements have been agreed.
By road, from the M5 motorway, leave the motorway at Exeter Services, Junction 30 and take the A376 road, which is signposted to Exmouth. Turn right at the first roundabout in Exmouth and left at the second roundabout. Then turn right at the first crossroads into Victoria Road. The Guest House is situated at the far end of the road on the left at a junction just before the seafront, The Esplanade.
