Pego Apartment on the Costa Blanca is located on a complex, only a ten minute walk to the quaint old town of Pego, where you will find ample shops, banks, cafes, bars and a weekly market. In a fifteen minute drive you can explore the award winning beaches of Denia, which also offers a large variety of shops, restaurants and nightlife. If you would like to travel further there are the spectacular Jalon and Orba valleys. The nearest golf course is Oliva Nova 5km. The Costa Blanca has numerous golf courses, all to an international standard. You can also explore the green valleys and mountains around Pego via the network of walkers’ routes and cycle routes to be found in the area.
Just outside the complex is a small bar/cafe with lots of local atmosphere. Pego has various shops, supermarket, banks, internet cafe, bars and restaurants. Jalon, with its abundance of vineyards, is a thirty minute drive. The bodegas (wine shops) have an assortment of local wines to be tasted and bought. Local markets include: Pego on a Thursday, Jalon on a Saturday, Vergel Saturday and Sunday, Pedreguer Sunday and Denia outdoor market on Monday and indoor market all week. Ondara has a new shopping centre, La Marina Plaza, recently opened, and is within a ten minute drive along the N332, look out for the 'Parque Commercial’ signs. There is a variation of shops, restaurants, cinemas, bowling alley and even a McDonalds. The centre is open 6 days a week (normally 7 in high season) from 10am to 10pm.

Views from the terrace are of magnificent mountains and distant sea. The apartment is on the second floor, accessed by lift or staircase. Under ground secure parking is also accessed by the lift or staircase.

Bedroom 2 with twin beds, French doors to small balcony. Bathrooms: Ensuite bathroom consists of bath with overhead shower, bidet, toilet and basin. Shower room with shower cubicle, basin and toilet. Fully equipped modern kitchen with oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. The kitchen leads out onto a small terrace. Utility Room with a butlers sink, washing machine, ironing facilities, clothes airer and cleaning equipment. The lounge and bedrooms are fully air conditioned, additional heating is also provided if required.
The apartment has a large terrace overlooking the tropical, landscaped gardens and two communal swimming pools. There is also a table and four chairs on the terrace, for alfresco dining. Highly suitable for children with a small play area just outside the complex.
