Area activities: Beautiful uncrowded clean beaches of Pescara are 25 minutes away by car. Skiing in winter (2700 metres), the property is only 40 minutes from a chair lift. Nearby can be found fishing, walking, mountain biking etc. A car is essential at this property.
Olive Grove Farm in Italy is a fabulous 200 year old stone, centrally heated farmhouse, with three foot walls, recently converted to a high standard. This three bedroom property is able to accommodate up to six guests. A 100m drive through iron gates, leads to the property.

Principle rooms: Large lounge with open fire. Large dining/open room, good in summer if too hot, and large fully equipped kitchen/diner. There is a large main bedroom with a king size bed, the second bedroom has a brass king size bed and the third bedroom, downstairs, has two bunk beds. Two modern bathrooms. There is also a 12m terrace on the first floor.
Outside living areas: A lovely 12m solar heated outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and parasol. Doors from the kitchen open to a lovely terrace with a pergola. The property is surrounded by olive, pear, walnut and fig trees with ample parking.

To reach Olive Grove Farm in Italy, from Rome take the Autostrada towards Pescara. Turn off at Alanno junction and then follow signs for Manopello, then take the SS535 to Serramonacesca.
