Shopping, there is a new and huge Publix supermarket on the Island, which is open seven days a week from 6am to 10pm and within easy walking distance, approximately half a mile.
It is one mile to Stuart, over bridges to the mainland. This is a small city with excellent shopping and dining facilities. It is one hour by car to West Palm Beach and two hours to Miami, Orlando and Cape Canaveral.
On site can be found a 18 hole golf course, 13 tennis courts, a fitness centre and a beach.

The Condo is new, modern with luxurious furnishings, Key West style The interior has recently been remodelled and is approximately 1000 sq.ft. The fully equipped kitchen has new appliances and the dining area is for four people. The comfortable living area comes equipped with a TV. There are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with twin beds. There are two bathrooms, adjacent to the bedrooms.
