Kato Paphos, its harbour and the Old Town are a fifteen minute walk from the property or a short taxi/bus ride. Coral Beach is a fifteen minute drive, Nicosia 1.5 hour drive and Larnaca a 45 minute drive from the property.
In the winter months, December - March, you can ski in the morning in the Troodos mountains and relax on the beach back in Paphos in the afternoon. The ski resort is about an 1.5 hours drive from Paphos. The house is also an ideal base for golfers, with three stunning championship golf courses within a twenty minute drive of Paphos.
Paphos is a year round holiday destination with a long season due to the glorious weather. There is something for everyone, watersports, Aphrodite Water Park, beaches, historical sites, golf, skiing in the winter, yachting, cruising, horse riding, fabulous food and friendly locals. Banks, supermarkets, hospital and internet cafes are all within easy reach of this property.
