Distance from town: The property is only five minutes by taxi to the old town of Side for some great bargains or visit after dark for a great night out around the harbour. Six minutes takes you to the major city of Manavgat. The Temple of Apollo and the Amphitheatre are within walking distance.
Area activities: Numerous watersports and golf courses, or a short ride on the 'dolmus' (bus), to visit local villages and towns. There are local tour companies should you wish to see the sites, i.e. white water rafting, Antalya, Alanya, Manavgat waterfalls, etc.

The second bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets, mirror and dressing table/drawers. The second bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. There is a large balcony off the living room, with table and sunloungers, there are also balconies off both bedrooms with table and chairs. Originally a balcony off the kitchen, has now been converted into a separate dining area, with glass dining table and six chairs.
Outside living areas: Residents only communal outdoor swimming pool area, with shallow pool adjoining the main pool for small children. Transport can be arranged with the owner to the apartment at an additional cost, approximately 160TYL for a family of up to 6 (approx. £70-80 depending on exchange rates).
