Netherway Cottage in North Devon is an idyllic Cottage situated a few miles from the two charming villages of Bradworthy and Kilkhampton, both offering a pub (several in Kilkhampton), shops, post office, church and fish and chip shop.
Peaceful and relaxing, the Cottage is set in a rural position in the lane of a working farm. Plenty to see and do in the area and within walking distance of the Tamar Lakes, which offer a variety of watersports and fishing, as well as excellent walking.
The small sandy coves of Sandymouth and Duckpool, as well as the larger beaches at Bude are approximately a twenty minute drive. The Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan are also to be found nearby. Other attractions worth a visit are RHS Rosemoor Gardens at Torrington, Appledore a small fishing village set on the Taw and Torridge estuary is worth visiting and from here you will be a short drive to the village of Instow, where you can sit and relax in the sand dunes or alternatively hire bikes and cycle along the Tarka Trail. A car is essential to fully explore all this lovely area has to offer.
