Property Location: Murcia Villa is on a new development, only a five minute walk to the sea. This two bedroomed Spanish property is situated a couple of hundred yards from the beach at Playa Paraiso, which is near La Manga on the Mar Menor in Spain.
Distance from town: 3km to the 'strip' where the hotels and restaurants are situated. Many walks, a lovely fishing village and a supermarket can be found close by.
Area activities: This property makes a perfect base for relaxing in the sun, lounging by the swimming pool and trips to the beach. The La Manga Club Golf Course is only a short drive away.
The Costa Calida enjoys superb weather with 315 days of sunshine per year. The warm waters of the Mar Menor, an inland sea, offers a wealth of watersports, with sandy beaches which gently slope into the sea and there are several golf courses within a short drive. There are numerous typically Spanish villages offering quality restaurants serving the 'catch of the day' and traditional Spanish menus with evening entertainment in the many local bars. A car is recommended for exploration of the area.

To reach Murcia Villa, Number 29 at Playa Paraiso in Spain from Alicante or Murcia airport follow signs to Cartagena on the AP7 until the signs for La Manga. Leave the motorway and go on to the N332. Leave the N332 when you see signs for Playa Paraiso. Drive on to the estate and Murcia Villa is next to the shared swimming pool.
