Marina Gardens Complex Apartment in Cyprus is located in Kato Paphos. It is a fifteen minute walk to the Harbour, municipal beach and all amenities. There is an excellent convenience store nearby, which stocks basic supplies. You can stroll from the apartment to local shops and nightlife, the harbour and lively Bar Street area. Car hire is not essential as there is plenty to do in and around Paphos and Kato Paphos and the buses are excellent.
Kato Paphos is situated two miles south of Paphos town, it was an important port during the 4th Century BC and is an archaeological paradise. The tourist area of Kato Paphos stretches along a shoreline boulevard from the large hotels to the east of the resort to the harbour, and then from the harbour along the coast on the Kings Road to the Tomb of the Kings.
Nearby Paphos is a cosmopolitan town with a quaint fishing harbour and atmospheric old town. Shopping in the old town is great and if you are after either lively or quiet night life, you will find it all here. There are a number of sandy bays dotted around the town, many of which offer watersports and scuba diving. The best beach is Coral Bay, which is a fifteen minute drive from the property. Paphos also has three full size golf courses.
Areas to explore locally include Paphos mosaics, Tomb of the Kings, Aphrodite's rock, Kykkos Monastery, Akamas National Park and the beautiful Troodos Mountains.
Marina Gardens Complex Apartment in Cyprus is lovely brand new, air conditioned, spacious, beautifully furnished property. This ground floor apartment has its own sunny patio area with patio furniture, which is perfect for al fresco dining. On arrival you will receive a welcome pack with basic supplies.
The apartment is newly furnished, with a lovely modern feel in terms of furniture and decor. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, the apartment comfortably sleeps four guests. There is a new bright kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, washing machine, hob and microwave. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area for four guests. The lounge area is comfortably furnished and has a television, dvd and cd player.
The complex with twenty five similar apartments, has two swimming pools available in the summer months, one for adults and one for children, with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas.
