Manilva Apartment in Puerto de la Duquesa is situated between Marbella and Gibraltar on the Costa del Sol. Puerto de la Duquesa is a small attractive port with shops, restaurants, a blue flag beach and a Robert Trent Jones designed 18 hole golf course. It is a lovely place to take a stroll, have a drink or just sit and people watch. It is located ten minutes from Estepona, twenty minutes from Gibraltar and fifty minutes from Malaga. An ideal location for beach lovers, golfing enthusiasts, families or couples.
The apartment is great for golfers. Other than Duquesa golf course, which is right next door, there are numerous other courses within a ten minute drive such as Dona Julia, Estapona, and Casares. Duquesa golf course also has a great spa to help you relax at the end of the day, with a full range of different treatments.
Other activities include mountain biking, quad biking tours, sailing, diving, waterskiing, banana boat and donut rides, dolphin and whale watching tours. The wealth of flora and fauna also make hill walking and bird watching popular.
There are many great places to visit within a thirty minute drive including: Casares - a pretty hillside village in the mountains of Ronda; Selwo Safari Park in Estepona; Selwo Marine Park and cable car in Benalmadena. Local street markets are always fun to have a wander around. Sabinillas has a market on Sunday, Castilo on Tuesday and Estepona on Wednesday. There is a range of tourist information and leaflets in the apartment, but for more information there is also a tourist office in Puerto de la Duquesa.

The complex is quiet and peaceful with beautifully kept gardens and lovely bird song in the early evening. This well equipped holiday apartment in Duquesa Village with private terrace, beautiful communal gardens, swimming pools, paddling pool, and tennis court. It is next to the golf course and just five minutes from the beach and marina.
The apartment is bright, spacious, well equipped, newly and tastefully furnished. It has: two good sized bedrooms, one double and one twin; two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite and contains a jacuzzi; a large private terrace ideal for al-fresco dining; a well equipped kitchen and utility room. The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster and hand blender. The living room has a sofa bed to sleep a fifth person if required. Media equipment within the apartment includes a flat screen TV, Sky, DVD player, and a CD player. There are also a few toys and games in the apartment for children.
Outside living areas include a 30 square meter terrace, which provides an ideal play area. On site can also be found 6 Swimming Pools, Paddling Pool, Tennis Court and Gated Underground Secure Car Parking.
