Maksi Apartment in Incekum, Turkey is ideally located just 750 meters from one of the most perfect beaches in Turkey. Incekum is situated half way between ancient Side and the City of Alanya. The region, bathed in sunshine for 300 days of the year, is a paradise for sunbathing, swimming and activities like wind surfing, water skiing and sailing.
Apart from the wonderful beach, nearby there are shops, some selling traditional Turkish goodies and a small commercial centre, known as Avsallar Village, which is a hub of bars, restaurants with a handful of souvenir stores. There is a regular bus service from nearby Avsallar to Alanya day and night.
Nearby Alanya is a historical city with its medieval castle situated high up on a hill separating the marina area and the famous Cleopatra beach. A must is the wonderful Dimcayi, this is a crystal clear river running from the mountains 8km east of Alanya. Here you can find restaurants where you can eat on the floating tables. There are also small restaurant huts attached to the side of the rock face offering relaxing views overlooking the river.

Second bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe space. The bathroom has a large corner shower and vanity unit.
The apartment has a large balcony with table and chairs overlooking the shared outdoor swimming pool, gardens and countryside. The area is surrounded by beautiful greenery and the development offers seating to the front overlooking the Mediterranean, where you can sit and relax to watch the sun set.
