Forest Hills is set in twenty five acres of wonderful landscaped gardens and woodland. Three miles from the Resort is the town of Aberfoyle with a selection of shops, supermarket and golf course.
Macdonald Forest Hills Hotel and Spa is set on the beautiful shores of Loch Ard. It is ideal for exploring the magnificent Trossachs, Scotland’s first National Park. Its peaceful atmosphere feels far from the madding crowd, yet it is easily accessible from Glasgow, Edinburgh and Stirling.
The superior apartments at Macdonald Forest Hills Hotel and Spa in Kinlochard, near Aberfoyle, Scotland are excellently furnished, with fully equipped kitchens, many units have their own sauna. Most are south facing with stunning views across the Loch from a private patio or balcony, complete with outdoor furniture.

To reach Macdonald Forest Hills Hotel and Spa near Aberfoyle in Scotland from Glasgow airport take the M8 towards the Erskine Bridge, and then take the A82 signposted Crianlarich towards Loch Lomond. After Dunbarton, at the Ballock roundabout just before Loch Lomond, take the A811 towards Stirling. Shortly after Drymen, take the A81 to Aberfoyle and continue on the "scenic route". From here take the B829 towards Kinlochard. Travel along the banks of the Loch Ard, and you will see the Resort situated on the right after approximately two miles.
