The nearest large town is Torrevieja 15km away, with San Miguel only 6km away. There are excellent restaurants and bars in Torrevieja, a sea front and a marina. There are three golf courses within 5-15 minutes drive from the property. A car is essential to fully appreciate all this lovely area of the Costa Blanca has to offer.
Facilities at Villamartin include, a club house, tennis, swimming, green bowls, horse riding. At the Plaza there are many bars and restaurants, plus banks, hair salon, supermarkets, medical centre and cycle hire.

The apartment enjoys views of the swimming pool, which is only 25m from the property. This charming property is able to accommodate up to four guests.
Accommodation includes one double bedroom with double bed and quilt. One twin bedroom with single beds and quilts. Bathroom with bidet, toilet, sink and shower. Kitchen/living room with sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen has new appliances including a washing machine, cooker and fridge freezer. There are plug in convector heaters, if required. The apartment also has a small balcony. Please note, steep steps lead up to the apartment, which may not be suitable for very young children or elderly guests. Guests please provide both linen and towels.
On site is a choice of four swimming pools, one with a children's pool.
